Winter Kit Order

I think the kit order has been completed. The UK distributor is in Belgium this week and I'm hoping he is going to bring it back with him. I'm on leave the start of next week and have asked for the order to be delivered to my home address at that time. If that goes to plan I can then sort the kit and mark it up for collection and will take to the club night on 27 February. Sorry for the delay, I have been on the case chasing.
As soon as I have confirmation of the delivery I will update further.

By tour do you mean the Majorca trip?
The kit order sill isn't in despite lots of chasing. I'm hoping to have an update on Monday. It is proving very frustrating.
We have ordered items for stock and I'll hold the jersey and shorts for you in a medium.

Thankyou Andy H for loan of club Jersey delivered via my good wife.
However some thoughts with regard to said top labelled Medium
Either:
1.I am fat
2.Andy H is skinny
3.Jen shrank it in the wash
4.Italian kit manufacturers know nothing about the size of Welshmen
or
5.all of the above apply

LATEST UPDATE
I'm hopeful of delivery by next Wednesday. I'm just waiting for the tracking number for the delivery. Delivery is going to come to me directly to me as opposed to going to the UK Distributor, Kassei, first.
The delay has been caused by the original kit supplier, Decca, being taken over by Bio-Racer and a difficult transition.
As soon as I take the delivery I will update further. I will sort the kit immediately and mark it up ready for distributing. So the kit should be ready for collection before the Majorca trip, just. Kit is only usually available on the Friday night club night but I'll speak with senior members of the club later to see if we can make some other arrangements to make it as easy as possible for those who are going to Majorca to have their kit ready for this trip.

It is not looking good. I've been promised a tracking number for the delivery but still haven't received it, so at this point I'm assuming the order still hasn't left the factory - this is very disappointing. I've been chasing again this week and left a voice message this morning. I'll follow up again in the morning.

Not remotely your fault Richard-no-one could have chased more and you've kept us all very well informed.I've not ordered anything but I think the suppliers should make some financial gesture for the way they've messed you(and the Club)around!

I've had confirmation from the UK distributor that our order has not yet been dispatched from the factory. Without prompting he has advised he will be pursuing further compensation. But I guess that is little solace for those who were relying on the order for new kit for the Mallorca trip. I think my contact is also feeling extremely frustrated with the situation and is driving to Belgium on Monday to try to resolve. Ours is just one of a number of orders he is chasing.

The order we are waiting on ended up being a combined Winter/Spring order. I can't see us placing the next order until late summer ready for the Autumn.

I'm really struggling to understand why we haven't got the kit yet. I was given UPS tracking numbers at the start of the week and was expecting delivery today. But it has not happened. I've just been told the order was not collected by UPS from the factory and they will be issuing new tracking numbers for collection possibly tomorrow. Extremely frustrating for all I know. I wish I'd been in Harelbeke today to see Geraint Thomas win and could have picked the kit up and delivered it myself.
