Although many other companies have tried to copy it the ISM Adamo is still the best, When you are in a TT position on a normal saddle it traps a nerve, with the split nose type there is no problem, but these are for a TT position with rotated hips, so there maybe rubbing when you sit up to climb. So I take mine off the TT bike during the winter and put a conventional seat on. You are welcome to try the seat for a period as these seats need getting used to. I tried a few different types, I have done 50's with no problem. You just have to sit on the seat without padded shorts on to realise what your problem has been. Read the ISM report or look at the type of saddles other riders used at Rio. It's worth a try.
