Great to hear that Dave is out of hospital.

Absolutely gutted I can’t make the ride again this Sunday, especially as last week’s smashfest sounded so much fun.  I’ll be back next week to join in the torture.

Think there are only 3 chasers going out this week.  We are setting off at 8.15 am to get ahead of the heatwave.  Here is a rough route that we may or may not follow... aiming to get to Penarth and back via the coastal roads without our usual route leaders
