Will do, looks like a broken vertebra and fractured ribs for starters...

Thanks all for the well wishes.
Day 6 after the accident. Feel a lot better now that both my back l3 is stabilized after an operation.
These can be permanent or they can be removed by choice, docs said they normally stay in. I should retain all movement in my back
The ribs yesterday, I've had a a pain blocker put on them.. Which is a needle placed in under local anesthetics and attached to the nerve.. Next 5 days will lower the pain and allow me to take deep breaths to avoid chest infections.
Friday changed over to a more supporting brace that needs to be worn

when sitting at 90 degrees and moving about... Follow up x-ray yesterday I was able to move a little more. All the right  signs and progress are going in the right direction.

Mr main goal is body before anything then take it from there.
I'm full insured and British cycling have given a lawyer to ise to take on the case.
