Having slugged it out over the Bwlch and with 60miles in my legs I turned up at BJ's having hallucinated about their breakfast for 3 hours.  Imagine my disappointment to find it closed !  The new owners were doing it up and must have seen the look on my face as they gave me a cup of tea and a cake free of charge !   It will open tomorrow and will be called Hannahs.  The breakfast will still be there and cyclists will be made very welcome...

just you keep an eye on your bike whilst stuffing your face with cake and fried breakfast (in no particular order)

Hannah's is fab, well worth a visit, was good before, packed to the rafters now, so popular
