25er's Ride Sunday 26th

Same format as usual, don't forget the clocks go somewhere, up or down? Weather looks OK, no sun cream needed, we will decide on a route on the morning.

Andrew, Roy(otr), John and Ron out today, dry but windy, headed toward Laleston, Roy and John went via Porthcawl to Pen y Bryn, Andrew and I went a slightly shorter route. We all ended up at Parc Slip for a coffee. Armistice day is in two weeks time so we need to find a route to avoid the parades by then.

Haha. Sadly, it looks like it'll take me a while to get back in the saddle. In bloody hospital again! Another kidney infection & very low white blood cell count, so I'm in isolation & anyone who visits has to dress up like an extra from ET. Have fun out there, I'll be back...

Claire, sorry to hear you are under the weather again, hope you are not just making up excuses to miss the wet rides. Will we see you at the "Do", or would that also involve white suits. Keep writing on this Forum and let me know when the 25er's can call in for tea and cake, home made is best.

I know, award winning excuses for not cycling through wind & rain. Maybe I'll treat myself to an ET special for the "do" so no one else need worry. Tea & cake on me as soon as I escape isolation hell. x

Whilst we are talking food - can I have menu choices for you and Ceri? - here's hoping you will be fit and well soon...

Thank you Steven. Can you remind me where the menu is please? Dehydration does weird things to your brain (or would that be my age)?
