Anyone out on the 25er's run on Sunday, new riders and cyclists wishing to take up the sport and want to see what goes on at a club run are welcome to turn up. weather will be warm so bring enough liquid for 3 hours.

See you in the morning. What's the plan? Thinking about cycling down from Nantymoel so that'll add about 20 (ish) miles on.

Yes many congratulations Andy, but I'm afraid only giving birth yourself is an excuse to miss a 25er's Sunday run, you may get away with it on a Pacers or Amblers ride but a 25er's? Anyway only 2 out today after a vote 50% decided on Troes, City, Cowbridge, Llantwit, Velo  mmmmmmm nice coffee and home through St D. Lots of other clubs out, Café was busy, but the quality was still there. Almost forgot I was was joined by Andrew (very newbee) today total mileage 30? Whose counting anyway, the sun was out and the coffee was purrrrfect.
