As the song goes:- oh what a night. 27 riders in all including one tandem and a team of four. It was a good night weather wise, althought all those who helped were surprised by how cold they got, waiting for riders to come in. Poor Mary was in a very summery pair of sandals. I think we forget how cold it can get in that area. Firstly many thanks to everyone who turned up in time to sign on before the 6.45 deadline. Also to all those who took notice of my last message and brought the right money, it was a huge help. So cheers everyone and same again next week.
