Back on Fabian Way Harbour Way Pyle Kenfig Hill and lanes to Laleston
I’m guessing around 60 miles. Pretty flat with just a couple of hills, Three Steps and Skewen.

Another mixed group ride today, and chasers and pacers and not the social ride Carl was expecting. Good numbers today with 15 in total. 13 set out from Brackla Triangle, Physique being no more. Me Rich L Carl Scott Karl Andy Rob Ben Mark R Paul Nigel Chris and Vaughan. And we picked up Ross (the stronger of the Walton team) and Mark J at El Prados. Good to see Carl and Scott both back out with us today. Somewhat surprisingly we managed to ride most of the way to Swansea as one group just breaking up a bit through Skewen. Good coffee and cake stop in the sun at Cafe Fresco in the Marina where the custard slice appeared to be the popular choice of the day. And then the return leg which always promised to be quick and expectation was not disappointed. Unfortunately Carl was soon out the back on Fabian way and a number of us then sat up to form a grupetto home with the broom wagon finally picking up Carl in Port Talbot. That left me Rich Scott and Vaughan to ride home as a group with the front group probably already in Bridgend. Great to be out in the sun today. I won’t be out next Sunday and will be riding on Saturday in what will be an unofficial OVW ride. See you all again soon.
