I'll be out to lead a 'Social' ride this Sunday.

Usual 'no droppping' ride, around 30 miles, at the pace of the slowest rider.

All welcome, departing Brackla 9:00am

Out through St Brides and Marcross, Llanmaes to Llantrithyd, back via St Athan and Llandow.

Pop into Llantwit for coffee.

7 riders out this Sunday with regulars, returning members and one newbie. Riding were newbie Allyson, Chris G, Terry, Tony, Rahul, Simon and myself.

I'm sure it was bit daunting for a new rider but the pace was kept sensible and everybody did their bit to help with encouragement and mechanical help. We rode the route as planned and the weather stayed kind.

It was Allyson's first club run, first run on a road bike, first run over 20 miles, first puncture and first fall off a bike, all in one day. Well done. Good luck with the Gower Bike ride next weekend and we hope to see you out with the club again, soon.

I'm away for the nexy 3 Sundays so won't be able to lead the 'Social' ride until July 16th, if anybody is availabe to help out, please post or message me and let me know
