Rode out today with some of the chaser's.. Who are more then capable of riding with the Pacers
All took turns out to the turn for 7 sisters for the Chasers ride

Coffee shop change and we stopped in Craig Y nos country park..
Where the cake options where not the best.. One of them being a perfect sponge cake if they hadn't put poppy seeds in it.
Onto the Craig climb where Rob disappeared into the distance and could see I needed some motivation can back down for the last part of the climb.
Back into Neath for another coffee stop
Again I dropped off the back just not feeling it today..
