Just done 16.17 miles to trial the new shoes/pedals. Ah the joys of being on holidays  8)

Big group tonight with a section of pave (planed road!) on each lap.  Hard work and the group fractured towards the end.  49.30 for me and a 48 for the faster riders, which included a guest appearance from Eddie Fiola !

Good session tonight!! That wind made it tough, tried to make my turns a bit longer but seem we were either doing 33kph on the finishing straight or 50kph on the back!! Tough night

Very tough with a brutal headwind. Nice rest day tomorrow walking round Bristol Zoo...
