Sounds good to me. Can you please annotate the map with the position of the pallets.

Is the stop we used last time? I also enjoyed lounging on the sacks of barbecue charcoal at the garage!

You'll have to do laps of the forecourt so your Audax mates don't see you going for 2 stops in only 120 miles.

got to the start point this morning where I thought I was late only to see I was 5 minutes early. no one else there.
Paul turned up first in his Asso Team kit. - been splashing out in the sales
then Rob turned up as he was a little late after the normal faffing before leaving. Rob was dressed for the Garw Microclimate stating that 15 degrees is not warm enough for short sleeves.

set off with a brisk pace with a headwind for the first half. Once we got to Pontypool could see we were on for a good average for the day, most of the climbing out of the way we were on 19.1mph onto rolling roads to Monmouth.
first, stop of the day in the petrol garage (a bit like being on an audax)

Then onto the wye valley where we picked the pace and the average kept climbing up with the 3 of us chain ganging it to the next stop in Tintern for a bite to eat and the obligatory photo of the Abbey.

Onto Chepstow where we picked up the tailwind and the Pace. Magor for a quick FTP session past the steelworks where the average speed topped out at 20.2mph.

Into Cardiff where Paul was glad of a break at each traffic light. stopped in Cardiff for a quick drink where paul was walking like john Wayne just stepping off a horse.

pushed on past St fagans to Llantrisant where paul put a sprint on dropped me and Rob at the lights. on through Pontyclun where Paul said see you next week  ;D meaning me and Rob pushed on with the aim of trying to keep 20mph back home.
last push up over the common and through llangeinor where both our GPS lost signal just after green meadow- cool down ride then back up the valley

134.5miles with an average of 20.1mph...
