Usual format, around the 40 mile mark and at the pace of slowest rider.

Proposed route, couple of climbs but nothing too difficult 

Out via Llangan, Llanharry, Watery Lane, Gwern-Y-Steeple, Peterstone, St. Nicholas, Llantrithyd, Llanmaes, Llantwit (coffee stop Cafe Velo) Llandow, Tai'r Cross, Ewenny and home

Seven riders out today, Tammy, Carl, Bob, Paul, Graham, Steve G and myself. Good day for it, dry, not to hot and gentle breeze.

Rode the route as planned but changed the coffee stop to Bonvilston to save riding into Llantwit.

Cheeky little climb from St George's to St Nicholas was a little tester but everybody passed with flying colours! 

40 miles @13.5 mph with a bit more climbing than usual 2679ft
