Approximately 57 miles, 5800ft of climbing.
Two options for coffee stop, either Treorchy or Glyncorrwg or both if needed!
The route can be shortened (over Croeserw into Pontycymer) if the weather is bad, Rob has another puncture or we just want to get home earlier
