« on: April 07, 2022, 05:15:29 PM »
Proposed route for the Chasers this week out to Port Talbot, through Cwmavon, over the climb to Cimla, into Neath before heading out to Resolven, back to Neath for a coffee and then head for home!

An exhausting ride today for the true Chasers in the group 🥵. Out via the Fountain climb and then swiftly on to Harbour Way before heading up the Afan Valley through Cwmavon to Pontrhydyfen.
The climb up to Cimla had an air of predictability about it with Dave and Angelo making it to the top first having time to consume Sunday dinner , Denise then had enough time for a bacon roll before Karl and I rolled over the top completely empty.
After heading down into Neath we rode to Resolven and back to Neath for a coffee in Costa.
With a strong headwind through Port Talbot we were indebted to the efforts of Angelo and Dave and as soon as the others had disappeared it was Garmins off for Karl and myself 🥵
