Out via Pencoed, Tonyrefail, Tonypandy and over Penrhys, through Ferndale and over Maerdy mountain into Aberdare. We can either have coffee at Aberdare after 30 miles or Glyn-Neath after 37 miles. Nice easy ride home via Neath, Harbour Way and Stormy down

I vote for the Cafe stop at 37 miles. I will stock up with Bananas and Amphetamines for the first half!
