7 of us out today.
me
Keith
Rob C
Paul Rosser
Mark Rosser
Stephen M
Nigel -riding his gravel bike

following last week ride a winter ride with slow pace was called for. out to Neath - Skewen -Swansea mumbles and back through swansea , harbour way , pyle , lanes to Brytirion -Bridgend

with it being Remembrance Sunday we made it to the cenotaph in Swansea opposite the cricket ground. for the minutes silence
Lest we forgot.
from there we went onto the coffee stop where Rob and Mark tailgated a Waitrose van for a tow.

Across Fabian way, Mark again had a tow behind a lorry where he almost took the kom only managing third
speed picked up across harbour way where Nigel was glad there were more people to rotate their turns on the front. Where we lost Mark and Rob. the Rest of us carried on through the lanes to Bryntirion into Bridgend

Following the appointment of a Gravel/Off road captain -Paul Rosser.
He will be in charge of the ride next week. depending on numbers this could be a regular occurrence and I would suggest we need to communicate if the other pacers want to ride road or gravel. If road, while a gravel ride is on they could mix into the chasers, as some weeks I'm going to use this to do longer rides. of course, anyone is welcome to join me and don't panic it won't be a trip to Cornwall.

then following weeks I'm also going to start delegating the creation of a club run route to the others in the group. one thing I would like to see is some imagination in where we stop for coffee....i.e.not a Mcdonalds or costa -chain coffee shop.

Further discussion points for tomorrows club meeting and the up and coming committee meeting. it will also be time to plan the trip to Bethlehem and back. It's everyone's club and the more suggestions what you would like to see change etc it all helps. You have all got a voice  ;D
