Out today were, Dave & Keith, Paul, Nigel, Rob, Harpo, Steve C and I. Off to Swansea at a brisk pace where Harpo and Chappers turned off. Along the cycle path to avoid the Gower ( first time for me ) and skirting the edge of Llanelli to get to Pembrey where we had a play on the Criterium circuit before stopping for coffee. The wind turned and gave us some assistance on the way back so we averaged over 20mph for 100 miles! Also not too hot, thank goodness!
