I'd give it a crack. With the the proviso I'm on a heavy, steel bike with a 21 tooth "big" sprocket. So you might all get sun stroke sitting on top of the elbow.

Great turn out for the 3 rides this morning  ;D
4 out this morning for the long ride
Harpo
Greg
Rob
And me
Good pace out to neath where harpo showed us how fast we can all go when motivated properly..brisk 21mph average
Passing through Ystradgynlais there was 2 young girls having a good scrap not sure if they were fighting over rob cresting the hill with his steel retro bike.

Coffee stop at craig y nos..then onto bwlch cerrig duon where harpo disappeared up with Rob grinding away.
Harpo turned round and we carried on with the route.
Coffee and cake fix before the devils elbow.
Watching rob get up there with 42x22 lowest gear looked like hard work..
3 of us worked well coming back through aberdare and ponty

Enjoyed that today thanks all.
See you all next Sunday when club runs take place 8)
