I'd just like to thank everyone who played a part in the surprise Honorary Life Membership award, kind words, Brompton themed cake and Welsh cakes last night. It was a total surprise, I was just impressed at the good club night turnout!

I'd like to wish everyone at the Club the very best of luck for the coming season and the future.  The Club is going from strength to strength and has developed into a thriving group for all abilities.

Thanks again and maybe see some of you out in France in the future.

I'll be lobbying for an alternative holiday, I mean training camp, out there once you're all set up   8)

Presumably not for consumption but merely for mental torture...to be dangled just out of reach whilst doing intervals at 120% FTP all week!  :D
