Strong wind this morning from the west. Though each time I turned on the way to brackla it felt like a constant headwind.
I did offer the alternative of cycling to Bristol and getting the train back.

Set out on the route and headed north up the bwlch over penrhys and over femdale. Coming down into Pontypridd Paul had a puncture on the step descent. Harpo went back up to check on him and couldn't see him even though he had a day glow jacket on.
Back through llantrisant to cowbridge for a coffee stop. Mark turned off for home.
Back along the tt route into the head wind wind. Doing short turns on the front.
