Damp on the roads at least it stayed dry all day.quick pace today upto aberdare there wasn't much conversation going on.
Over penderyn moor where me rob and Adrian had a 10 minute wait at the bottom has Paul R had a puncture.
Costa in Merthyr
Back down to Pontypridd where I think we hit every single red light.
