Thick clouds covered us throughout the event, but it did remain dry.   It was windy but not cold,
making conditions quite hard.   Our Club riders had a very keen contest but the "Wales" riders
really showed their class.   Sam recorded his best time on this course by a few seconds, while
Peter knocked a full minute off his previous best time, and I believe this to be a new course record
- I will peruse the Club Archives to make sure - it certainly was an exceptional ride on the night!
Mark found that snorkelling in the Red Sea doesn't improve times in a "10", and Anthony's attempt
to eat for Wales before the event made life hard.
Again my thanks to Andy, Mary and Allan for their help on the night.

NOTE.  The Handicap event will now be run on Thursday 29th.August.  If you want to compete,
please let me know before hand, so I can work out the handicaps.

Also, if anyone can spare a moment next week, we are short of help due to Holidays, thanks.

See you next week, Cheers, Norman.
