Doesn't look like there's any way of avoiding the rain tomorrow. Though will try and keep dry through the ford in Llancarfan.

5 out today and we didn't avoid the rain. Hilariously wet at several points but no moaning, no hiding in bus shelters and no rain jackets (except for me!)

Rode at a decent pace and despite the rain it was never really cold. Steve strong as usual and kept the pace going with the help of Richard and Karl. josh seemed to enjoy his first club run, hope to see you again
