On setting off there wasn't much talking going on until we hit Cardiff bay for a toilet stop for Keith who in his usual manner always needs a wee stop when going through town centres
Over coffee we worked out what was missing and that was the usual terms of endearment-encouraging comments from our captain to make us ride better and faster
Onwards to Newport flats where we got a good chain gang going. Coming in to Newport there was a kamikaze old biddy who stepped out on me to cross the road and kept going almost taking out chappy and Nigel..
Onto Machen where Keith treated himself to a double strawberry ice cream.back through llantrisant with couple sprints to pencoed..
