Six of us started out tonight (myself, Mark Ellis, Andrew Martin, Keith and Tomos Davies & Dave (apologies, but didn’t get surname)). Fast from the start this week with everyone soon settling into sub-6 min lapping. The numbers slowly reduced as the session went on to leave just Andrew & Keith for the last lap and a half to finish in a sharp 47.50 - the fastest of the year so far. After riding the last 2 laps solo, I came in at 48.50. Credit also to Mark E who finished the eight laps after at least 4 laps solo. Not an easy thing to do! And again, a special mention to Tomos who rode brilliantly to stay with the adults for several laps despite hitting speeds of 27 mph at times. A good session all.
