Just four of us out today

With a dodgy looking forecast we set off for Mumbles hoping for a dry ride. Chappers pushing the pace on the way out to Port talbot where we hit our first shower, so immediately stopped in our tracks and went for shelter for coffee in Macdonalds. Short stop there and headed for Fabian Way where we greeted with a nasty headwind. As we were on the outskirts of Swansea, the heavens opened and it hammered down so we detoured for the Marina. The four of us were soaked and not looking forward to the return, luckily the roads dried, so we had the usual smashfest down Fabian Way with Mr Rosser picking up a KOM. Shortly after Marks spoke snapped and he did what he could to get going again. We eased the pace off after that with Chappers on his own in the front for most of it. By the time we got back to Bridgend the sun was shining and our kit was bone dry! Good laugh and ride in the end
