7 of us tonight. Mark R (who arrived late and missed the first lap), Harpo (on his gravel bike), Andrew M, Mark Ellis and Keith Davies with his 11 year old son, Tomos. Conditions were cool but with less wind than of late (but still noticeable down the back straight). The six of us set off at a good pace, spent the 2nd lap trying unsuccessfully to close Mark R down who was gunning it solo just ahead. We finally caught him down the back straight of lap 3 about the same time as Tomos dropped off. His dad escorted him safely back to the car park before rejoining a lap later. By lap 6 we were down to 4 (Mark R, Andrew, Keith & myself) who rode to the finish for a long 48. Special mention for Tomos who rode brilliantly.
