Mid week wk of 27/5

I'm keeping a close eye on the weather-hopefully be ok and I'll be at B&Q 9.45-I won't be out if it's as wet as Sundat though-still not dried out!

Pleasant surprise to find Mike and Patrick waiting for me this morning and we were soon joined by Geoff.Usual route(with the Roy variation!)and I was able to stave off the rain by the old ruse of putting my coat on.I shouldn't have taken it off when we decided to sit outside at Café Unwind(Velo closed for a few days)we now know that if you push your chai up right against the window you can still stay fairly dry in a downpour!
Hopefully weather is improving-let me know if you want a spin Thurs/Fri!

Is anyone out on Thursday? I'd like to test my legs before the Dragon a week on Sunday. I was thinking Afan side of the Bwlch down to Treorchy and up to the top of Rhigos then back to Treorchy for a coffee and maybe a Bacon sandwich then back over Bwlch and down Nant-y-moel side before going over Llangeinor then home.

Change of plans  I've got to be back by 11ish. So I'm going out once I've dropped the kids to the childminders.
