I'll post route for Sunday later today.

And just a reminder on club kit, we still have jerseys and shorts in stock in sizes M, L, XL. Jerseys £62 and shorts £60. The kit is available at the Friday Club Nights with payment by cheque cash or on-line.

Here's the route for Sunday

https://www.strava.com/routes/19111136

Round the coast through Ogmore and Southerndown and through the lanes to Llantwit and then out on the Barry Road and Green Dragon Lane to Bonvilston, across to St Nicholas and down to Dyffryn and then the St Lythans Road to Culverhouse Cross and St Fagans for the coffeee stop. Then up to Groesfaen and across to Miskin, Llanharan, Pencoed and home.

About 50 miles with the coffee stop at 30 miles.

Miserable morning to be out on the bike this morning, wet and windy from start to finish, and unsurspisingly not many cyclists at Physique for the 9am start. Just the four of us for a combined pacers chasers group, me, Harpo, Dave W and Nigel. We set off as planned around the coast picking up Tom in Southerdown. Harpo elected for an early coffee stop at Cafe Velo taking Dave and Nigel with him while me and Tom pressed on. And given the conditions we made the call to ride without stopping and give a coffee stop a miss. From Green Dragon Lane we cut across to Llancarfan to avoid the A48 and then through Dyffryn and St Lythans Road. After St Fagans we picked up the Peterstone Road through to Welsh St Donats to try and get some cover from the elements. From here Tom headed for Cowbridge and home to Llantwit and I took the lanes back to Bridgend. Hoping for better conditions next Sunday.
