Six Pacers out today missing our Captain as he was doing the Tour of Pembroke, we headed out to the coast, Llantwit, through Rhoose, out towards Dinas Powys and coffee at Coffee Co at Penarth Marina, setting a pretty swift pace out and nice weather at the pit stop. We returned a similar route but headed out towards Wenvoe where Mark split off to head towards his Sunday Lunch. Pace was kept high through Dyffryn, Llanbethery, Aberthaw, the lanes being in a lot better condition than last time we ventured through this way in the winter!. Steve peeled off here to visit Cafe Velo (he can't keep away from the place!) Four of us continued around St Athan and through the lanes back to Llantwit hoping to meet up with Steve but we'd missed him unfortunately. Race on then in an attempt to catch him to no avail, so we decided to head home via the coast again, leaving every last drop of energy out there! Out today Mark, Steve, Nigel, Reece, Paul and myself. Good day thanks all.

It was good to see Mr Madeley back out on a club run this morning too.
