Rollers!!
« on: January 18, 2019, 12:23:01 PM »
Rollers will be available for practice/coaching (for beginners) tonight.

Please come along and join in, we need competitors for the 'roller derby' at the end of February/early March

It's a great way of improving your pedaling technique and an aid to bike handling!

See post in 'Coaching' for more info

Rollers will be out again this Friday.

Mark B got up and running last Friday, anybody else in the club new to 'rollers' and want to try their hand?

I can only stay until 9:00pm this week, so please turn up early
