No Andy this week as he is running. The weather is turning cold with a light north easterly so I thought we would head out east and keep it low although there is some climbing. The route is one we did back in November.

Bridgend - Pencoed - Brynna - Llantrisant - Beddau - Creigau - St Fagans - St Lythans - Dyffryn - Bonvilston - Llantrithyd - Flemingstone - St Athan - Llantwit Major - Marcross - Southerndown - Ogmore - Home

81m with 850m of climbing. Coffee stop at Café Velo at 57km.

Worked well together on the way out with an early coffee stop at Duffryn Gardens, Chris peeling off after he had had his coffee and cake.
Followed the planned route home with just a minor detour across to Llanmaes from Llantrithyd. Lots of good turns on the front on the way home from James and Mark with Mark and Roy heading for home as we came on to the Wick Road.
Very enjoyable, see you all again next week.
