Time for 'Rollers'
« on: January 04, 2019, 04:38:45 PM »
As usual we'll be running a rollers competition sometime in February/March.
For those of you who haven't conquered rollers yet or want to get some practice in, we'll be getting the rollers out Friday nights between now and the competition.
Rollers are a great way to replicate riding outdoors, because you have to balance, it better replicates 'normal' riding and is great for developing an efficient pedaling action
Come along and give it a try!!

ps bring your bike, a drink and a  change of kit, you'll get sweaty!  :D

Competition rollers will be out from 8 o'clock this Friday 11th January, come along and have a practice/coached session

If you're capable of riding rollers and just need some input regarding sessions to do, or a first timer who's never ridden rollers then come along and we can get you started.

It is a good workout and you will get hot and sweaty, so remember to bring a towel, drink and change of kit

Rollers will be available for practice/coaching (for beginners) tonight.

Please come along and join in, we need competitors for the 'roller derby' at the end of February/early March

It's a great way of improving your pedaling technique and an aid to bike handling!

Rollers will be available this Friday, or practice and/or coaching as needed.
