Richard and myself are meeting at physiques 0900 for a steady endurance paced ride around the aberdare loop. Stop aberdare depending on what is open.
Anyone welcome , it will probably be around the 16-17 mph mark maybe slightly slower.

Five out this morning for the post Christmas detox ride; myself Steve Chapman, Mark Rosser, Richards Leis and Bowmer following the well trodden route of the Aberdare Loop. Nice coffee stop at Bradleys and then only a small amount of handlebar tape consumed prior to my peeling off at Leekes.
