Well what a pleasant and sociable ride today, it must have been the absence of Nigel/ Reece and Paul who had their smashfest yesterday!

After agreeing a route we headed off to Cardiff Bay via Ogmore by Sea, lanes to LLantwit . Pace was gentle and chit chat was flowing as we headed for coffee, in the Containers in the Bay. Mark peeled off at Rhoose which meant he missed out on Greg buying the Coffee and Cake( Thanks Gregg) . Headed for home then through Cardiff City Centre and on to St.Fagans, congratulations to Dave W reached his 10000 miles in cardiff somewhere. No smashfests back, even Gregg was there at the end of the ride
