In view of the weather forecast for Sunday , Paul Nige and myself are riding on Saturday. Leaving Bridgend ford dealership at 8:30 and heading for seven sisters if anyone wants to join us.

Paul ,Nige and myself left Bridgend for a planned steady ride out through Ewenny and the dipping bridge onto the A48.
Keeping a steady pasce up stormy down we spotted a familiar silhouette dancing on the pedals from side to across multiple lanes in the distance ahead.
With no obvious place to turn and detour we eventually caught harpo up entering Pyle.  ;D

Now as a 4up with familiar calls of we've got a tail wind, smash it and get off the front we set a fast pace going west and up the valley. Harpo ensured we averaged 20.5 by the time we stopped for coffee at Mc D's. With some strong turns on the front.

Turning for home we tried several cuts through the lanes and Tonna but the head wind took its toll and it was a tough ride back to Bridgend but we all stayed together taking turns on the front.

A good enjoyable but hard ride today with the bonus of staying dry.
