 Nice to see all the Wheelers set off together this morning 8) We then pushed on to Pontypridd where we met Lyn and Jambone on route who had cycled from aberdare to meet us. Brisk pace from Cilfynydd to Abercynon where Mark and Chris peeled off, with Lyn doing strong turns on the front as pushed on to the Beacons. Split up a bit on the A470 then regrouped on Penderyn Moor and onwards to Glynneath for a much needed coffee in Macdonalds all payed for by Nigel. After a chilly start it soon warmed up after we had coffee. Its was a good route choice today, weather wise as the wind changed direction as we came to Neath and gave a welcome tailwind back home! Well done to Nigel for hanging in there today, the pace was Brisk!

Thanks for the ride today, and for all the tows to bring me back. I have to admit im totally cream crackered. No pain no gain, longest ride since knee op and the knee is fine just got to work on the fitness.Thanks all.
