A chap called Gary was at the club on Friday joined there and then. He said the chain gang was something he was looking to attended. Just thought I'd let you know.

Its been a bit 'rapid' the last couple of sessions but if there are enough people out, we'll split into groups of different ability

wow! seen you at 7pm and only seen your rear lights until 5 past! Great pace from you guys and not one for the novice! I did get round though and kept it going, my aim next time is not to get lapped! lol! on the positive my average time was the best over 20 miles so far! next week i'll bring the vespa!

Managed to hang on until the last half lap!!!

I`m pleased with that as I left my legs somewhere on the Bwlch on Sunday !!!

 I am hoping to start participating in the chaingangs soon, been doing a little bit of riding, and getting the feeling back, so as long as there is a second group I will get involved otherwise I may as well ride on my own.

I'm hoping to get out again from next Tuesday and should be able to keep Richard S company. Rich, I only normally manage to hang on for a few laps with the faster riders.

Thanks guys, I'm keen to start improving as a newbie so welcome any support from others that are not the wizards! On a Tuesday or other evenings - I do struggle with working away but if others are interested I'd like get out there.
