Nice tomorrow, so heading for Cwm Cadlan just off Penderyn :) Got a choice os Bwlch  Rhigos on the way there or go the opposite way and   climb Rhigos, Bwlch on the way back. Ive never been up Cwm Cadlan from reservoir side 8)

OK so today was my first club ride since my knee op in July and recovery from complications and it showed. Rear wheel almost all the way and last up the climbs and dropped 7 miles from home. However better than I expected, many thanks to all on the ride for towing round and looking after me. Recovery is always hard work but always better when you have such great support. Again thanks all for today it was hard work but I enjoyed getting out and off the turbo.
