Out today were Myself, Chappers, Steven, Greg, Mark, Reece and Paul
So 7 of us set out to the Gower into a strong Westerly wind. We went through the lanes from Bryntirion to Kenfig Hill to hide from it with Steven on the front of most of it. We then took the back roads of Port Talbot (which are lumpy)to try and kerb Steven's pace

.Onward then on to Morriston Hill where Steven peeled off. More headwind as we reached Gower where we all worked well together. Paul, Reece and Greg(who was munching nurofen as if they were smarties) were feeling the effects by now especially when the diminutive frame (body

) was on the front putting the hammer down.
Coffee in Swansea Marina was most welcome then the normal smashfest down Fabian Way reaching over 30mph with Mark on the front for most of it. As we reached Port Talbot a tractor passed and we all jumped on its wheel for about 5 miles which was a welcome break.
thanks all for a good ride!
