Spring Kit Order
« on: February 18, 2014, 09:21:17 PM »
We will be placing the next kit order in the early part of March for delivery Mid-April, there is a 5-6 week lead time on delivery. We will then follow this up with an order in early September ready for late Autumn/Winter.
The following kit is available from Decca;

Short sleeve jersey
Long sleeve jersey
Long sleeve jacket
Long sleeve windtex jacket with removable sleeves
Gilet
Rain Coat
Long and short sleeve skinsuits
Bib Shorts
3/4 length Bib
Bib tights

Can you please post your requirements, sizing runs from Ladies 8 to 12 and XS through to 4XL. PLease post by Monday 10 March and we can then look to place the order later that week.If you want one of the less popular items it may be an idea to check pricing first, through me, as the pricing is dependent on quantities ordered.

Thanks
Richard

Richard-remind me when I next see you to ask you if you know what the rainjacket and windtex coat with removable sleeves are all about?(I should remember myself but thought if I ask you know I've got double the chance!)

Tom these are items on the list of available kit from Decca. I'll ask Decca for fuller descriptions and will post more information quickly.

Hi Tom, from previous query:

The rain coat is made with a windtex membrane and is wind and waterproof. It also features a longer back to protect the lower back area. Others have asked about a rain coat and Decca will send a sample.

Jacket with zip off sleeves, made with technical fibres, and is wind and waterproof with a soft inner lining. Rear zipped pockets with reflective tape on the back. Will obviously be a more expensive item than the regular jacket.

Further details and images can be found online at www.deccasport.com

Regards
Richard

Decca will be sending a sample rain coat. It should be availabe to view at the club from next Friday hopefully, I don't think it will be here in time for this Friday's club night.

The jacket with zip off sleeves is the same as the winter jacket that many of you already have, taking the sleeves off leaves you with a thick gilet. It's a good bit of kit but pricey, I ordered a few for the RAF guys when I was doing their kit sec job.

Decca do a very good clear rain jacket which allows you to wear a standard jersey underneath, may be worth looking at for you?

I have now received the rain jacket. It is not clear but a solid colour and is a tidy bit of kit. Good fit with a longer tail to take the rain of your back. I'll bring it along to the quiz on Thursday and then drop it off at Friday Club night. Be good to have a rain coat in the club colours.

Just to remind everyone that the deadline for placing your kit orders is 10 March

Can you please advise kit requirements for the next order by close tomorrow please, either by messaging me or posting to this thread.

There seemed to be a fair bit of interest in the rain coat I took up the club on Friday. Again, if anyone wants the coat please advise as above. The more we order the less the price as price is dependent on volumes.

Many thakns
Richard
