The "10" next Thursday evening is the W.J.Parkhouse Handicap event.  Anyone wishing to compete in the Handicap please notify me in advance, so I can calculate your Handicap Allowance.  Either E-mail me at :- norman-james @sky.com or telephone me at 01639 / 643644 (I have an answer phone to hold any calls.), before next Thursday. I have most riders current performances in my Club Records so that should take the guess-work out of the calculations!

Handicap event I know but everyone will be handicapped by tonnes of fresh grit between Llandow crossroads and Llantwit r'about.
I went out at lunchtime and it was dicey!
Hope its settled/swept by this evening

Steve, only just seen your post. Definitely made for a “heavy road” and on the way back into the sun it was difficult to pick a grit free line. But everybody survived, even if there was lots of complaints about it being a slow night. I guess they’ll remove a lot of the loose grit after a few days.

Good news Mark. There's a WhatsApp group called Club 59 which  most of club's testers use. Not sure who.is host but please join as that is more noticeable comms app 👍
