lejog training is now in full swing. on Sat 9th June your welcome to join Keith and me for a ride. If the forecast changes through the week to rain then bring a rain jacket!
this is the first weekend we are able to ride to 4 days in a row (thurs, Fri, sat and sunday) and will be aiming to do similar rides every other week.
We will be leaving from the bottom of wick road (next to Ewenny garden centre) 8.30am and of course can meet people on route.
the route will roughly be out to pencoed, llantrisant, cardiff, newport flats,over the severn bridge for coffee then back over to tintern abbey , usk, tumble (reverse side) back through blackwood , caerphilly ponty and back to bridgend.
coffee stop pasty stop here Sprokwobbles in usk, open to other stops i.e 2 coffee stops and a drink stop if needed.
