Really good conditions today and it soon warmed up after a chilly start. First climb up was Ford y Gyfraith which was as tough as usual, then on to Bleancaerau Rd climb which succeeded in sapping the legs. Over the Bwlch then from Cymmer where the conditions were glorious. On the descent to Treochy , I realised I had a Puncture so stopped half way down, Mark was allready down the bottom by this time, so wondering where we was, he climbed back up
Rhigos next and that was all the climbing done, so headed for coffee in Macdonalds Glynneath. Nice to have Mr Bees with us today and fiarplay did alot of work on the front. Passed the Chasers Briton Ferry and gave them a few signs of encouragement as we passed
When we reached Margam, Myself, Chappers and Nigel needed a coffee fix so we headed for Porthcawl Harbour and left Mark, Greg and David to find their own way back
