We left physique and set off to Cardiff Bay into a very cold Easterly wind. Everyone worked well together apart from myself who got overexcited going through Llanharan(apologies Alan). Picked up Jason on Llantrisant Road and headed into Cardiff. For something more adventurous we decide to go on the Taff Embankment on the opposite side of the Millennium Stadium to the Bay. Not a wise choice thou, the road was full of road works and not very Tandem friendly (apologies to Keith and Dave). Excellent coffee stop in the "Containers" in the Bay with superb views of the Bay. It was so good that we had to compare it to the coffee in Cafe Velo , so we headed full gas with tailwind to Llantwit Major for our verdict ( both good). Brooke up a bit from there as everyone had their reasons for getting back early!
