Not sure what the weathers doing Sunday so two options. First the old faithful ,Aberdare loop (picking up Jason and Alan on route ;))
Or Neath, Glynneath climb a bit to Severn Sisters then headwind home

Sitting in Greggs for half an hour, is that part of your interval training? What happened to Aberdare, was it shut?

Predictably I let Haydn down again with poor bike etiquette. I went out early as I'm going to the Cardiff v Man City Game but saw the bedraggled looking Pacers on the Industrial Estate on my way home.Harpo demanded that I join them in Starbucks for a coffee.I would have liked to but that would have spoilt the point of going out early but I could tell it was thought a poor excuse and earned me(yet another)black mark

Mass start today after some pre ride carb loading for the pacers in Greggs as Haydn had a lie in.
We followed the RR1 route.
Briefly joined by Nigel and Reece who top the Ogmore loop instead of death valley.
Our group was myself, Mark R, Harpo, James, Richard and Mike (midweek). Mostly kept it together on a windy wet ride.
Stopped in Starbucks after one lap where Harpo generously bought everyone a coffee and cake (thank you).
I finished the RR1 route the others peeled off at the top of death valley and went home.
