After problems with the weather last Friday, we'll now be getting the rollers out, for some coaching and training this Friday the 15th.
Riding the rollers is quite a different sensation to being on the turbo, demands more concentration, help improves handling skills and is great for improving pedaling efficiency.
These session are for you if:-
1) You've never tried and want to give it a go
2) You've tried and want to get some practice in to improve
3) You're fed up of Mark Rosser winning the roller derby and want to 'knock him off his perch'
We'll get up and running as soon as possible after 8:00pm.
You will need kit to ride in, a towel, a drink and kit to keep warm after finishing.
ps don't forget your bike!!
