Out via Death Valley B4265 to East Aberthaw, Rhoose, then backtrack to Llancadle, A48 to Cowbridge and home via LLantwit, Marcross and Ogmore.
Coffee in Cowbridge or cafe velo.
Not very adventurous, sticking to main roads but the idea is to work on 'group riding'. As I've said on previous posts I can't coach while riding but with the help of others (hopefully) we can observe, work out where things are going wrong and ride better as a group.

13 out this morning, for a steady paced ride around the Vale, concentrating on riding as a group.
Out today were:-
2 x Mikes
2x Marks
Lee
Hannah
Haydn
James
Richard
Roy
Patrick
Matt and myself.
Bright and sunny for the first couple of hours with the odd spot of rain. We followed the main road out through Wick and Llantwit before turning off to East Aberthaw. Rode well as a group and stuck together, practising riders coming though and taking a turn at the front. Coffee stop at Cafe Nero in Cowbridge and returned home via Llantwit, Monknash and Ogmore. Group broke up a bit at this point, as did the weather with some rain falling. Settled into into two groups, from St Bride’s onwards who made their own way around the coast to Ewenny.
Pleasant 50 miles, seems like ages since I’d been on a club run and definitely missed it.
